As you are well aware, there are contractors that talk a good game and there
are ones (though few) that actually put their words into action. Denny, I
have to say that your company has built a reputation on honest work and good
customer relations. There had been no guessing at any time. You were
thorough and up front with all charges and all the aspects of the job. We
realized that this wasn't your first pool, hopefully you have lots more.
But, it was ours and you gained our trust. Well done.
