Our Process
At Cisney & O'Donnell, we view every project as a team effort. The team includes the Designers, the Estimator, the Project Manager, our Craftspeople and Support Staff, and most importantly, the Homeowner. In order to assure a successful project, everyone must be committed to the same goals and to working together to achieve those goals. To provide our clients with the best possible value in renovations, Cisney & O'Donnell offers Design/Build services. Working with our clients, we prepare plans, specifications, prices, and complete the project in the most efficient manner possible. Our Designers and Estimators work closely throughout the design process to make sure that every project meets our client's stated needs, from design to budget.
Starting with an initial free consultation, a Cisney & O'Donnell representative will tour the house, discuss the owner's needs and desires, help to establish a budget, and review preliminary design ideas for the project.
