Cisney & O'Donnell opened its doors for business in 1969. The business started as a specialty remodeling company, concentrating on siding and roofing for local projects, friends, and neighbors. The company has continued to expand over the years to become a commercial remodeler, as well as residential, and has remained at the same location servicing most of Central PA. On several occasions Cisney & O'Donnell has been recognized with Qualified Remodelers for being one of the top 500 Construction Companies nationwide. In 1995 the company was named among the Big 50 Remodelers. Cisney & O'Donnell has also been named as one of the top 100 Construction Companies to work for as well! Cisney & O'Donnell's project size ranges from handyman repair services to $1,000,000 commercial projects. DENNIS E. CISNEY, SR., is one of the original founders of Cisney & O'Donnell. Having been with the company from the start in 1969, Den maintains the role of Chairman and is a sales estimator. As a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Den is a large part of the sales team and heads design-build projects for the company. He also holds titles as an Alcoa Master Contractor, Mastic Quality Contractor, Certainteed Select Shingles Roofer, and participated in the Alcoa A+ Training Program. Den has been a lifelong resident of Huntingdon County, having graduated in 1965 from Southern Huntingdon High School. In 1993 Den was a CGR graduate of the National Association of Home Builders, and has continued his education to maintain the CGR designation.
Den has been married to Fran Cisney for 38 years, with whom he has two children, Melissa and Dennis Jr.. All members of Den's family maintain active roles in Cisney & O'Donnell, making it a family business. Den and Fran are members of the Woodcock Valley Bible Church. He is also an active member in the community, being in the Huntingdon Rotary, actively supporting the local Boy Scouts of America, part of the Jaffa Shriners, member of the Board of Directors at HCBI, Charter President of Huntingdon County Builders Association, State Director of Pennsylvania Builders Association, a 32nd Degree Mason with Mount Moriah #300, and a member of Big Dog's 20 Club NAHB.
FRAN CISNEY has been a full-time employee at Cisney & O'Donnell since the fall of 1972. During her years here, she has worked in various departments and has held a variety of responsibilities in the company. Currently she is the office supervisor.
Fran has been married to Den Sr. for 34 years. Together they have two children, Melissa and Den Jr., who are both involved in the family business. Fran enjoys spending time with her new granddaughter, Kara, who has become the center of her attention. Playing golf and watching horseshows are also activities she enjoys. Fran is a member of the Woodcock Valley Bible Church, Huntingdon Horsemen, Curves, and Eastern Star. She has contributed to the community through United Way and has also participated in the Heart Walk.
MELISSA (CISNEY) FOSTER has been employed full-time with Cisney & O'Donnell since 1991. The daughter of Den and Fran Cisney, she grew up in the family business and worked part-time in the pool retail store while still in high school. When she began full-time status, Melissa managed the retail store for a few years before moving up to her current sales and marketing position. Melissa graduated from Centenary College with a bachelor's degree in Equine Sciences, and an associate degree in Business Management. Recently, she has completed the Bulletproof Manager Training Course.
Melissa has been married to her husband, Chris, for ten years. Together they enjoy spending time on their hobby farm with their pets, including two golden retrievers named Harlee and Chanz. For enjoyment, Melissa competes her show horses in jumper and dressage competitions. She is an active member in the community, being part of the board of directors for the Huntingdon County Visitor's Bureau and also participating in charity events such as United Way's Day of Caring and The American Heart Association's Heart Walk.
DENNIS E. CISNEY, JR. has been an employee at Cisney & O'Donnell since 1988. Den Jr. is part of the sales/estimating team as well as maintaining a role in general management of the company. Being the son of one of Cisney & O'Donnell's founders, Den Jr. found himself incorporated into the company life at an early age working as a laborer in the summers until he graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor degree in Management. After graduating, Den Jr. began working in the management department, helping with ordering materials and scheduling. Eventually he took on a larger role, becoming the company's President and also being an active sales estimator.
Den Jr. is married to Sandy Cisney, who is also an employee at Cisney & O'Donnell. Recently they celebrated the birth of their daughter, Kara, who they hope will someday work in the family business as well. In his spare time Den Jr. enjoys playing golf, mountain biking, throwing the frisbee for his hyperactive laborador retriever, and playing in his rock band, The Rudys. Den Jr. is also an active member in the community, belonging to the Woodcock Valley Bible Church, helping with United Way, and playing in various benefit concerts with The Rudys.
SANDY CISNEY started working for Cisney & O'Donnell in 1991. She became a full-time employee in 1998, maintaining the position of the store's retail manager. Sandy manages the seasonal pool-retail store and is charge of controlling/receiving inventory, as well as yearly training of new staff. The position in the retail store has allowed Sandy to develop good relationships with the regular pool customers over the years.
Sandy is married to Den Jr., and has a young daughter named Kara. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education and enjoys working out at Curves in Huntingdon. Like the rest of her family, Sandy is also an active member in the community attending the Woodcock Valley Bible Church, being a company solicitor of United Way, and participating in the American Heart Walk.
FRANK O'DONNELL has been an employee at Cisney & O'Donnell since 1972, when he was hired as a salesman. He has completed several electronic correspondence courses (IDS), and has experience in the remodeling industry for 41 years.
Frank resides outside of Huntingdon in Hartslog Valley with his wife. They have two daughters, two granddaughters, and a grandson. Frank enjoys sports, especially hunting and golfing. He is the secretary/treasurer of he Captain Jack Lions Club, treasurer for the Huntingdon County Builders Association, a board member of the Mill Creek/Brady/Henderson Sewer and Water Authority, part of Mount Moriah Lodge #300, and also attends the McConnellstown United Methodist Church where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees and is actively involved in the youth program.
PETER T. (TOBY) HOOD has been working for Cisney & O'Donnell since 1993. Toby is part of the sales, estimating, and design teams. He has an A.S. in Architecture from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Toby resides in McConnellstown and in his spare time enjoys traveling and motorcycles. Recently he has helped Huntingdon County Habitat for Humanity, is a member of the Heritage Tourism Committee, and is part of the Southern Alleghenies Planning and Development Commission. In the past Toby has participated in the Raystown Country Visitors Bureau Big Event Committee and the Building Committee at the First Church of the Nazarene of McConnellstown.
JEREMY BRUBAKER - started working as a carpenter for Cisney & O'Donnell in 2000. Jeremy grew up working alongside his father, Dave, who is also employed at Cisney & O'Donnell. As a carpenter for the company, he does anything from windows and doors, to finish-trim, soffit, and fascia among various other tasks.
Jeremy enjoys singing and playing rhythm guitar in his band Straight to Video. He also contributes to the community through various charities, such as United Way and The Paralyzed Veterans Society.
BRYAN (CHUCK) MOORE - started at Cisney & O'Donnell in the summer of 1986. He has since obtained the position as lead carpenter. Chuck is a graduate of Williamsport Area Community College with a degree in Construction Carpentry.
Chuck has been married to his wife, Deb, for 24 years. Together they have two sons; Travis, who is currently serving in the U.S. Army at Fort Sill, and Cody, who is a senior at Mount Union. Chuck is a member of the Mount Union Wesleyan Church where he is a youth director, lay leader, and a board member.

TIFFANY CLIPPINGER is the company's accounting supervisor. Hired after graduating from Shippensburg University with a bachelor's degree in Management, she has been with the Cisney & O'Donnell since 2000. Tiffany is in charge of maintaining Accounts Payables/Receivables, job costing, monthly financial reports, and the general finances of Cisney & O'Donnell.
Tiffany was married in 2002, and in 2004 Cisney & O'Donnell built her husband and her a new home in Three Springs. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys shopping, crafts, and spending time with her family, husband, and pet cat.
JASON F. L. LENOX has been working for Cisney & O'Donnell since 2007. Jason
is one of the Production Managers that coordinates projects for Cisney and
O'Donnell. He has a degree in Business from Shippensburg University.
Jason resides in Pennsylvania Furnace outside of State College with his two
cats, Kix and Oz, and in his spare time enjoys the outdoors, reading, and
cinema. He is involved as an alumni volunteer with his fraternity, Lambda
Chi Alpha, at the Pennsylvania State University,and is a member of the
Ferguson Township Zoning Hearing Board.
